Q. Are these ingredients harmful?
A. No. All ingredients are skin safe, baby safe, pet safe and earth safe. Our products are without volatile organic compounds (VOCs) so that safe for all.
Q. Are these products vegan, cruelty free & pH balanced?
A. Yes, our products are vegan and have not been tested on animals. A pH neutral formula poses NO threat to sealed solid surface flooring like tile, vinyle plank or marble and granite floors.
Q. Will these products be as effective as the chemical cleaners in the market?
A. It is a common misconception that the harsh chemicals in your cleaners clean better. Our products are based on many years research and we got very good results.
Q. Are FINOLEE products disinfecting?
A. Yes, we use the power of plant-based anti-bacterial agents to help disinfect surfaces. These provide the same results and are completely safe unlike the traditional disinfecting agents such as chlorine, bleach, quaternary ammonium compounds or triclosan that can cause harm when ingested.
Q. Is FINOLEE packaging recyclable?
A. Our bottles are made of durable, high-density plastic. They are designed to be reused as many times as possible by pouring the liquid from our bulk packs into them. In the event that they are disposed of, they are highly valuable to recyclers and will be recycled.

A. Our products have been developed using natural or naturally derived ingredients. We avoid synthetic dyes and use only mild hypoallergenic fragrances.

A. We've tested our products for both safety and efficacy. FINOLEE Cleaners have been tested for efficacy on fabrics and surfaces of all kinds using the Good Housekeeping method. Human health & Earth health is our top priority, we also used an independent, third-party lab to verify our Cleaners and they certified FINOLEE as an eco-friendly, biodegradable, non toxic, skin safe & pet safe cleaners.

Floor Cleaner
Q. Can it be used to clean kitchen counters, stove tops & dining tables ?
A. Yes. The Finolee floor cleaners contains plant based surfactants that trap and remove dirt from all surfaces. It is suitable for all hard surfaces like glass, marble, shiny polished tiles, concrete and granite.
Q. Can this be used to wipe glass ?
A. Yes, it can be used for cleaning glass. Dilute the cleaner in the ratio 1 capful: 1 litre of water, spray on the glass surface and wipe down with a clean cloth.
Q. Can this be used on wooden flooring?
A. No. It is not recommended to clean wooden surfaces with water or water-based cleaners. Dry mopping and regular polishing are ideal ways to clean and maintain wooden floors and surfaces.
Dishwashing liquid
Q. How to use the dishwashing liquid?
A. For lightly greased dishes: Dilute 1 teaspoon liquid in 250ml water and scrub the dishes. For heavily greased dishes : Pre-soak dishes in water for 10 minutes before scrubbing with the diluted liquid.
Q. Is it harmful if it's ingested ?
A. The ingredients of FINOLEE dish wash liquid are food-grade in nature, so any residues are safe even if they are accidentally ingested.
Q. Can we use it if you have cuts, wounds or nail infection ?
A. If there are cuts, bruises, nail infections or open wounds it is advised to keep the infected area dry to aid healing. It is not recommended to expose the wound/infection to any cleaner until it heals.
Q. Can it be used to wash kids' boxes, bottles etc?
A. Yes, our dishwash liquid uses mild, naturally-extracted surfactants that are hypoallergenic and safe for babies.
Q. How effective is it to clean greasy dishes?
A. FINOLEE dish wash liquid contains plant-based surfactants & bio enzymes that loosen the hold of tough food stains and cooking grease on the surfaces of dishes. To get rid of heavy grease, simply soak the dishes in water for 10 minutes before scrubbing.
Q. How safe is the residue left behind on dishes?
A. The ingredients of our dishwash liquid are food-grade in nature, so any residues are safe even if they are accidentally ingested. It is eco-friendly and biodegradable so not harmful for home & Earth.
Q. Can it be used in dishwashers ?
A. No. FINOLEE dish wash liquid is meant only for handwashing of dishes. It is not suitable for dishwashing machines.
Laundry Liquid
Q. How to use the laundry liquid?
A. Machine Wash : Regular wash (6 kg load) 30 ML. Heavy wash (8 kg load) 50 ML . Hand wash : Add 30 ML in one bucket of water. Use water at room temperature.
Q. Will my clothes retain their colour?
A. Yes. It is made with colour safe formula. FINOLEE laundry liquid is free of harsh chemicals that damage the texture of fabric and cause it to fade. It is made with eco-friendly, plant-based surfactants & bio enzymes that are skin-friendly and suitable for washing delicate garments and natural fibres.
Q. Does it remove tough stains?
A. Yes. For food-based stains, apply the liquid directly on the stain and let it sit for 30 minutes before washing the garment by hand or adding it to the washing machine. For petrol-based stains and other inorganic stains (crude oil, ink etc): apply the liquid on the stain and let it sit for up to an hour. Scrub the stain by hand and add the garment to the washing machine.
Q. Is it suitable for front and top loading washing machines?
A. FINOLEE laundry liquid is safe for both front load and topload machines. It gives you the benefits of energy efficiency that come with the machine design combined with the effective cleaning that comes with our laundry liquid.

A. Yes. The laundry liquid is safe for all fabrics, including natural fibres and delicate garments.

A. Normal Stain : Spray on affected area, wait for 15min and wash normally. Tough Stain : Spray ample liquid and massage the affected area until stains disappear. Than wash normally.

A. Yes, Its plant based bio-clean formula effectively removes tough stain and odors ,making clothes soft and shine.

A. Yes. It easily removes blood stains from underwear. It cleans, sanitize and deodorize.
